Phoenix: Police Officer Kills Unarmed Black Man - Presumed Gun was a Pill Bottle

Phoenix Police Officer Kills Unarmed Black Man
According to a spokesman for the Phoenix Police, Sgt. Trent Crump, stated two officers were investigating a burglary complaint Tues. December 2nd when a resident at a nearby apartment complex reported a drug deal inside of a parked SUV.
The officers approached the SUV to ask questions when they observed the driver, 34 y/o Rumain Brisbon, getting out of the car and "appeared" to be moving something in the rear of the vehicle.
The victim was ordered to put up his hands, but according to police, Brisbon put his hands in his waistband.
The 30 y/o seven year veteran, pulled out his weapon and ordered Brisbon on the ground, but he ran to a nearby apartment.  After a short chase on foot the officer caught Brisbon where a struggle took place.
During the struggle, Brisbon put his left hand in his pocket and the officer grabbed the suspects hand while repeatedly telling him to keep his hand out of his pocket.
At that moment, a woman opened her door and the officer and victim fell inside where two children 9, 2 were inside of the apartment in a back bedroom.
According to the officer, he lost his grip on Brisbon's hand and fired two shots, killing him instantly.  What the officers assumed was a gun was actually a pill bottle.
An eyewitness recalls hearing gun shots.  He looked out of his window and "saw the cop running out screaming 'Fuck! Fuck!"
Another eyewitness who was in the SUV with the victim says Brisbon was dropping off food to his kids at the complex and the officer never tried to talk to Brisbon.
