First Ebola Case Treated in the U.S. -- Could it be coming to the United States?

The first person outside of African diagnosed with Ebola is currently being treated at a Dallas Hospital. The patient traveled from Liberia on September  20th where he was visiting relatives in the U.S.  
The man first felt sick Sept. 24 and went to the hospital in Dallas. Staff didn't suspect Ebola, to they released him.  On September 28th, he returned to the hospital by ambulance is is currently critically ill, in isolation at the hospital.
Should we be concerned about the spread of Ebola in the U.S.?
