Quick Ice Cream Muffins - Only Two Ingredients Needed

So you want to whip up some quick muffins in a jiffy -- and I don't mean Jiffy products either...
-Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
--Grab a pint of your favorite vanilla ice cream and let it soften
--Get your self-rising yeast.
Add two cups of flour to one pint (two cups) of ice cream.
Mix it well.  Spoon batter into muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes or until your toothpick test comes out clean.
That's it -- no counting eggs, melting butter, etc.  Since ice cream already has the key ingredients, you can skip all of that. 
*Add blueberries, cranberries, etc. if you like...
