Apollo Nida (RHOA's Phaedra Park's Husband) Pled Guilty to Fraud - Facing Up to 30 Years, Fines, and Restitution

RHOA's Phaedra Parks' husband, Apollo Nida has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail, wire, and bank fraud.
According to the Associated Press, Department of Justice officials announced in a news release that Nida, 35, did admit to being involved in a scheme worth some $2.3 million.
Prosecution for the Fed's alleges that beginning in 2009, Nida and his co-conspirators stole and obtained checks, filed fraudulent tax returns, and made fraudulent claims against the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in at least 11 states. They have also charged with obtaining fake auto loans.
The group allegedly laundered money by stealing people's identities and then opening bank accounts in their names. One of the co-conspirators, Gayla St. Julien, was arrested in September 2013, and quickly snitched on Nida, stated he was involved with the scheme.
According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Nida could be sentenced to up to 30 years in prison and a fined up to $1 million (on top of restitution).  A July date has been set for the sentencing hearing.
