Love and Hip Hop (Mona Scott-Young) Sued for Copyright Infringement - $50 Mil

8th Wonder Entertainment claims that a script was submitted by them called "Hip Hop Wives" that was supposed to star DMX's ex-wife Tashera, Swizz Beatz' ex, Mashonda, and Chrissy Lampkin.

According to the documents, the company did their pitch to VH-1 and the show was set to go forward, but allegedly the script was leaked and Mona Scott-Young and was supposed to be CONFIDENTIAL!

8TH Wonder is claiming that Mona and the vice president of VH1 were in cohoots and stole their idea and came up with what is now known as Love & Hip Hop, hence the lawsuit.

This should be interesting.  I hope 8th Wonder has some money put aside because lawyers fees are going to be outrageous for this one.
