Jill Scott Looking Fabulous After 63 lb. Weight Loss

You have to admit that Jill Scott is looking magnificent these days, but it doesn't come without hard work.

The 63 lb weight loss was achieved by doing 60 minutes of cardio and strength-training exercises three times a week with her trainer, Scott Parker, including kickboxing, boxing and biking outdoors. 

Jill's favorite form of exercise is biking outdoors because she can bring her son along. “We have fun!” 

While Jill is happy with her weight loss, she says she's not trying to change those curves.  ”I’ll never be a stick figure,” she says, but will keep up with her healthy lifestyle.
